Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a cleared Junior Targeting Officer for the Northern Virginia area to support 24/7 collection operations. You will research, analyze, and draft products under senior guidance, coordinating with multiple teams to sustain intelligence leads and close information gaps.

The role requires a foundation in intelligence analysis, the ability to work nights and weekends, and travel as needed. A strong writing and briefing ability is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in intelligence/ops
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence and at least one discipline (SIGINT/GEOINT/HUMINT/OSINT)
• Ability to research, analyze, and organize complex information from multiple sources
• Strong written and verbal communication under high stress
• Ability to work collaboratively in a 24/7 operations center

Responsibilities

• Support execution and monitoring of collection operations for defined requirements
• Research and analyze multi-INT data to generate leads
• Read and process daily all-source intelligence reporting
• Identify information gaps and raise to mission leadership
• Draft requests for information and summaries for senior review
• Deliver briefings and updates to colleagues and leadership
• Develop knowledge of targeting tools, databases, and methodologies
• Maintain shift logs and operational records
