Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC in Northern Virginia seeks a cleared Junior Signals Intelligence Officer to conduct technical SIGINT collection in support of national security missions, operating 24/7 in a secure environment with rotating shifts.

The role requires hands-on experience in SIGINT/ELINT or electronic warfare, RF/wireless knowledge, and the ability to learn tradecraft quickly; travel may be required to support missions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph on day one of employment.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in SIGINT collection, analysis, or targeting; ELINT; electronic warfare; cryptologic linguistics; radio operations; cybersecurity; network engineering.
• Basic knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and ground or airborne operations.
• Familiarity with RF and wireless communications technologies.
• Military SIGINT background or equivalent operational experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operations center.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate SIGINT collection equipment under the direction of senior SIOs.
• Support the execution and monitoring of multi-mode SIGINT and electronic warfare collection operations on ground or airborne platforms.
• Perform initial triage and processing of collected signals and flag time-sensitive material for senior review and exploitation.
• Conduct analysis of SIGINT data and contribute to reporting and technical assessments.
• Assist in disseminating collection results to mission partners as directed.
• Maintain collection logs, equipment status records, and shift turnover materials.
• Identify equipment and collection problems, perform first-level troubleshooting, and elevate as required.
• Handle, secure, and manipulate collected data in accordance with customer policy.
• Build working knowledge of collection platforms, mission tools, RF technologies, national intelligence priorities, and customer tradecraft.
• Complete customer-specific training and qualification requirements and participate in team readiness activities.
• Support domestic and international travel, exercises, or short-duration deployments as required.
