Job summary

Nightwing in Sterling, VA seeks a Junior Mission Manager to support 24/7 intelligence operations. You will coordinate collection tasks, monitor feeds, and work with analysts, operators, and mission leadership to deliver timely insights.

This role requires TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 2+ years of experience in intelligence, DoD, federal law enforcement, military operations, or related high-consequence environments.
• Experience coordinating with teams, mission partners, and dispersed elements.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operations center, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute persistent collection operations in a 24/7 ops center.
• Monitor feeds, collection systems, and mission partner inputs; report changes.
• Escalate operational risks and resource constraints to leadership.
• Prepare assessments, briefings, and operational summaries.
• Maintain mission logs and shift turnover materials.
