Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned program manager in Colorado to support the New Glenn program. You will coordinate readiness reviews, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement while interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders to align on proposals and contracts.

Responsibilities include managing multi-disciplinary projects from proposal to completion, supporting business development efforts, and integrating customer requirements into launch services for New Glenn.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or technical field required.
• 10+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• 5+ years in launch system or satellite operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel within U.S. and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and internal functions to facilitate readiness reviews across Blue Origin sites.
• Lead internal and external technical projects from proposal through completion.
• Support responses to business development opportunities and onboarding of new customers.
• Participate in proposal and contract development.
• Integrate customer requirements into New Glenn development and launch services.
