Job summary

Blue Origin in Florida is seeking a seasoned program manager to drive integration and execution for the New Glenn program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead proposals and contracts, and translate customer requirements into launch services.

The role emphasizes readiness reviews, process improvements, and ensuring safety and quality in spaceflight. Travel within the US and abroad is expected as part of coordinating customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or technical field.
• 10+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• 5+ years of experience in launch system or satellite operations
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to travel within U.S. and abroad

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and across internal functions to facilitate meetings/readiness reviews at various Blue Origin sites (coordinate content with POCs, visitor badges, catering, escorts, etc.)
• Lead both internal and external technical projects from proposal through completion
• Support responses to business development opportunities and onboarding of new customers
• Participate in proposal and contract development
• Integrate customer requirements into New Glenn development and launch services
