Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a senior program manager to support New Glenn development and customer readiness activities. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage proposals and contracts, and drive cross‑functional initiatives to ensure successful integration and launch readiness.

The role requires 10+ years of program management experience in launch or satellite operations, strong leadership, and travel flexibility within the U.S. and internationally.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or technical field is required.
• 10+ years managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• 5+ years of experience in launch system or satellite operations.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to travel within U.S. and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and across internal functions to facilitate meetings/readiness reviews at various Blue Origin sites.
• Lead both internal and external technical projects from proposal through completion.
• Support responses to business development opportunities and onboarding of new customers.
• Participate in proposal and contract development.
• Integrate customer requirements into New Glenn development and launch services.
