Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Level 3 Systems Engineer to serve as the Product Owner for Mission Planning embedded software products, bridging high-level requirements and technical execution across U.S. and international contracts.

You will lead Agile transformation, coordinate with PMO and RTEs, own MBSE architectures using Cameo, and ensure verification, validation, and user-focused design for warfighter needs, with eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with requirements definition and architectural design.
• Proficiency in Cameo or similar MBSE tools and SAFe/Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Product Ownership & Agile leadership for Mission Planning software.
• Coordinate with PMO, Solution Train, and RTEs to deliver products.
• Lead Agile transformation and ensure outcome-driven delivery.
• Oversee system architectures and MBSE artifacts using Cameo.
• Verify and validate software through test plans and datasets.
