Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Mission Engineer (Level 3 or 4) to work in Dulles, VA. Responsibilities include CONOPS, mission analysis, and system-level integration for space/ground programs.

Requires active SCI clearance and experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and architecture development. Position offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and competitive salary ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (space/ground systems) or higher with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in systems engineering principles and practices.
• Experience in requirements management, system architecture development, and CONOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CONOPS and Mission Analysis for space and ground programs.
• Perform System Level Integration and Test.
• Develop Mission Modeling and Simulation and perform VER/ Validation.
• Support Resource Logistics and Execution and Mission Operations.
• Apply Model Based Systems Engineering approaches.
