It is a direct path toward a Project Manager role on large, technically complex projects. You will support PMs from pre-construction to closeout, manage documentation, budgets, and schedules, and help lead coordination meetings with

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Foundational construction knowledge and eagerness to grow into a PM role.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and PM fundamentals.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager in project administration from pre-construction to closeout.
• Lead management of project documentation (RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes).
• Prepare and maintain project status reports for stakeholders.
• Track job costs and labor productivity to support budget control.
• Assist in bid documents and subcontractor buyout/negotiation.
• Process and track change orders; ensure documentation is complete.
