Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the commercial construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Procore and Building Connected.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ambition to grow into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the overall administration of the project, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Lead project documentation management, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Help prepare and maintain project status reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in budget tracking and labor productivity reporting.
• Prepare bid documents and participate in subcontractor buyout and negotiations.
• Manage change orders and ensure documentation accuracy.
