Shawmut Design and Construction is seeking an experienced Project Executive - Mission Critical to lead large, complex data center projects valued between $100M and $500M. The candidate should possess strong business acumen and a proven track record in mission-critical environments.

This role encompasses overseeing project strategy, execution, and financial performance. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required, along with 15 years of construction management experience.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $200,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and project capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience with leadership on large, complex projects.
• 5+ years of mission-critical/data center experience, including hyperscale or colocation programs.
• Proven track record leading projects valued at $100M-$500M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project strategy, execution, and performance from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, financial controls, scheduling, forecasting, and contract compliance.
• Ensure alignment between project delivery, client expectations, and business objectives.
