Qualifications

• 15+ years construction experience with a strong operational background.
• 5+ years mission-critical/data center construction experience delivering fast-track, MEP-intensive hyperscale projects valued at $100M–$500M+.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and executive-level client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across all phases of large, complex mission-critical projects, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary field teams with clear communication and direction.
• Support talent development, retention, and performance of field staff.
• Lead fast-track project delivery focusing on safety, quality, schedule, cost, and reliability.
• Oversee BIM coordination, site logistics, crane operations, and constrained-site execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and mission-critical standards.
• Lead pull planning, P6 scheduling, sequencing, and logistics strategy.
• Identify risks early and develop recovery plans to protect schedule and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ requirements and commissioning standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to secure work and manage financial performance.
