Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager in the Mission Critical business unit to lead large-scale data center projects across the United States. This role involves overseeing budget, schedule, and quality while managing stakeholder coordination and team leadership. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, especially with hyperscale and colocation data centers. The position offers a salary range of $125,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• 3+ years managing hyperscale and/or colocation data center projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects between $25M and $100M.

Responsibilities

• Manage mission‑critical construction projects valued between $25M and $100M.
• Lead project meetings and manage overall project performance.
• Communicate with owners, subcontractors, and field leadership.
