Job summary

Aviation & Missile Solutions in Huntsville, AL is seeking a senior Program Integrator to join the IFMC/AMD MC PdO team to coordinate Army Air and Missile Defense software requirements.

Responsibilities include planning budgets, scheduling, coordinating IPTs, and delivering integrated software capabilities for IBCS, Patriot, and related sensors, with a strong emphasis on governance and teamwork. Active SECRET clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business, financial, contract, and software management activities.
• Strong understanding of AIAMD systems and related C2 solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; capable of handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AMD MC PdO leadership activities including contracts, budget, acquisition, and engineering teams.
• Support budget planning, CCAR maintenance, spend plans, and contract actions; prepare status updates for leadership.
• Lead IPTs, meetings, and working groups; develop briefings and action items; maintain PMO/PdO schedules.
• Codify user requirements and capability needs; ensure proper marking according to PMO standards.
• Provide periodic project reviews and risk mitigation strategies to keep milestones on track.
• Maintain historical archives to support institutional knowledge.
