Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. in Alexandria, VA seeks a Senior Mission Engineer to join the Engineering Services Division. You will design and execute mission engineering studies, develop digital models, and communicate results to senior leadership.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage statements of work while leveraging advanced simulation tools like AFSIM and CAMEO to close capability gaps for national defense missions.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active TS clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Operations Research, Engineering, Physics, CS, Math, Statistics).
• 7 years of operations research/mission engineering experience.
• 5 years of briefing senior leadership with complex technical findings.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute mission engineering studies across warfighting concepts.
• Develop digital models and run simulations to compare alternatives.
• Document results and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage terms of reference/ statements of work.
