Vantor is seeking a Sr. Mission Analysis Engineer to model complex missions and build high-fidelity simulations of satellites, sensors, and ISR systems. You will explore architectures, run simulations, and translate results into actionable insights for engineers and decision-makers.

The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, with on-site work in a classified facility. A strong background in modeling and data analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Minimum 8 years related experience in aerospace/defense modeling, simulation or mission analysis.
• Willing to work on-site in a classified facility.

Responsibilities

• Model complex aerospace missions.
• Develop, modify, and run high-fidelity simulations of satellites, aircraft, sensors, and ISR systems.
• Explore trades that matter and compare architectures, technologies, and configurations.
• Turn mission concepts into simulations and build realistic operational scenarios.
• Create tools, scripts, automation, visualizations to speed and deepen analyses.
• Analyze large simulation datasets to extract trends and conclusions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to engineers, program leaders, and customers.
