Vantor is seeking an Aerospace Modeling & Simulation Engineer II to support advanced ISR studies for government and commercial customers. You’ll model satellites, aircraft, sensor systems, and mission scenarios to evaluate performance and inform decisions about future space and airborne capabilities.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3 years of professional experience in space systems modeling and simulation.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, modify, and run high-fidelity simulations of space, airborne, and ISR sensor systems.
• Design operational vignettes and analysis plans translating customer priorities into measurable scenarios.
• Own complex analysis tasks from requirements clarification through model configuration and delivery.
• Develop tools, scripts, and reusable components to improve scenario generation and data analysis.
• Analyze results to identify trends, risks, trade-offs, and key performance drivers with recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance and peer review to less-experienced analysts.
