Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems is seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to support Navy SSP civilian programs focused on strategic naval weapon systems. You will lead test planning, design, and execution across ground and fire control tests, ensuring safety and performance under high-stakes scenarios.

The role requires deep expertise in missile systems, DoD security clearances, and MBSE with T&E integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Active DoD Secret or DoE security clearance.
• Extensive knowledge of missile system architecture and subsystems.
• Experience with STAT and DOE for test design.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle and T&E processes.
• 10+ years in missile design, fire control integration, and testing.
• 5+ years MBSE experience with cruise missile T&E design.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and test resources.
• Knowledge of VV&A processes for credible model representation.
• HWIL testing experience and nuclear safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports for T&E.
• Lead test design and simulations to predict system performance and reliability.
• Conduct ground and fire control component testing to verify specifications.
