Job summary

JRC Careers is seeking a Test and Evaluation Cyber Engineer to support Navy and DoD programs. You will craft cybersecurity test plans, execute DT/OT activities, and drive integrated testing across contractors to ensure mission-critical systems meet stringent security and performance requirements.

The role requires a DoD SECRET or higher clearance, a strong missile/defense testing background, and experience with RMF, cyber defense, and threat analysis in fast-paced acquisition programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Active DoD Secret or DoE security clearance.
• 5+ years' experience in Missile design and testing with preference for Cruise Missile Design.
• Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with weapon system acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Design - you will develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports for cybersecurity T&E.
• Provide integrated testing through experience in integrating Developmental Test (DT), Operational Test (OT), and contractor testing to create an efficient and holistic test program.
