Qualifications

• Experience in project and program management for propulsion/aerospace programs.
• Ability to develop and manage work breakdown structures, schedules, and cost baselines.
• Proven capability to prepare customer proposals and basis of estimate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) applying EVMS principles to manage scope, cost, schedule and performance for propulsion and aerospace programs.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and support program objectives and financial performance.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, supply chain, and IPT-led teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
