Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead or participate in analysis of future Missile Defense System architectures and to contribute modeling and simulation tool development for architecture assessment.

You will assess capability gaps, develop analysis plans, execute MDS simulations, post-process results, and prepare architecture briefs and reports, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform program decisions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience
• Solid understanding of current and future Missile Defense System architectures
• Experience in modeling, assessment, and evaluation of MDS architectures
• Strong ability to interpret results and present findings clearly
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with collaboration

Responsibilities

• Assess missile defense system capability gaps, challenges, needs, and opportunities against current and future threats to develop potential architecture solutions
• Assist in developing analysis plans, execute MDS simulation tools, post-process and assess analysis results, and prepare architecture briefs/reports
• Support modeling & simulation efforts to tailor tools to specific analysis plans
