Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior M&S Software Analyst to join our team and support the Missile Defense Agency's Next Generation Modeling & Simulation Office. You will help define M&S requirements, analyze architectures, and drive digital engineering transformations across the agency.

You will draft architecture products, coordinate with senior leadership, and help prepare reviews and briefings. A Master’s degree with extensive relevant experience or a Bachelor’s with more years is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of systems engineering, software engineering, hardware/software integration, and data engineering across lifecycle stages.
• Knowledge of software containerization and modern architectures.
• Experience with DoW weapon system development, integration, and test.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze stakeholder requirements to define clear M&S requirements.
• Perform functional, systems, and mission analyses to support M&S architecture and development.
• Draft and maintain technical docs, roadmaps, and decision briefs.
• Prepare for and support technical reviews and senior briefings.
• Drive M&S and digital engineering transformation initiatives.
• Represent NGMO in tiger teams and technical forums.
