Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate with on-site operations, manage schedules, review SOWs and bids, lead weekly project meetings, and ensure cost controls while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of data.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in mining or construction.
• Knowledge of pump and piping systems, structural design, conveyor systems, electrical and instrumentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and supervise teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and persuasive communication.
• Willingness to devote time to capital projects and be on-call.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be salaried with at least five years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of JDE and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and operations groups on-site as assigned.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and business partners to meet engineering specs.
• Write and review SOWs for each project.
• Review bids and advise which proposal to supply chain.
• Write PTW for departments and partners.
• Monitor schedules and priorities to stay on schedule and budget.
• Oversee partner activities to ensure safe operations and suggest improvements.
• Schedule and lead weekly project meetings across departments.
• Communicate promptly about schedule impacts and shutdowns.
• Review invoices for accuracy and flag discrepancies.
• Uphold company policies consistently.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality.
