Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee short-term and long-term mine plans, ensuring alignment with production targets.
• Conduct feasibility studies, economic evaluations, and operational risk assessments for new projects and expansions.
• Manage and mentor a team of mining engineers, technicians, and operational staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
