The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on construction experience, especially in both open pit and underground projects. Responsibilities include managing contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior staff as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale heavy civil construction or mining infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on construction management experience in active mining settings.
• Commitment to safety with MSHA and OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction oversight for mine infrastructure and processing facilities.
• Manage construction contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
