Qualifications

• Develop full cycle capital cost estimates (Concept to Definitive).
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction to ensure timely deliverables.
• Develop and maintain unit rate databases; calibrate against contractor data.
• Support project controls and change management processes.
