AtkinsRéalis in Henderson, NV seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and progress systems for major mining projects. You will establish baselines, manage change, and drive forecasting and reporting to support informed decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating estimating, scheduling, and cost control across EPCM phases, mentoring a local controls team, and collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction.

Formación

• 12–15+ years of experience in project controls on large capital projects.
• Experience on EPC or EPCM project delivery models.
• Strong background in cost control, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, and earned value management.
• Gold mining and mineral processing project experience preferred.
• Understanding of US project execution practices and client reporting expectations.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Proficiency with standard project controls tools and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project controls for large-scale mining and mineral processing capital projects.
• Establish and maintain integrated cost, schedule, progress measurement, and forecasting systems.
• Develop and manage baselines, change control processes, and trend management.
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, and reporting functions.
• Provide regular project performance reporting (EVM, forecasts, KPIs) to leadership.
• Support risk identification, quantitative risk analysis, and contingency management.
• Interface with the client on controls methodology, status, forecasts, and recovery planning.
• Build, mentor, and manage a locally based project controls team.
