Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Caterpillar service software programs such as Cat Electronic Technician, SIS Web, DBS and SIMSI.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar equipment.
• Adhere to safety programs and lock-out-tag-out requirements.
• Communicate with supervisor daily.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Identify and order replacement parts and components.
• Produce quality repairs and meet schedules.
• Deliver service reports, core returns and warranty documents.
