Job summary

You will work on equipment like excavators and bulldozers, utilizing diagnostic tools, performing PM services, and replacing engines or hydraulic components as needed. A high school diploma and CAT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical training a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy machinery.
• Experience with Caterpillar equipment and service procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines on site to ensure a safe workplace.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as PM services, filter and fluid checks, and tire assessments.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on excavators, loaders, bulldozers, telehandlers and backhoes.
• Read and interpret manuals and schematics to support repair work and maintain records.
