Job summary

Pronto AI is seeking a Project Delivery & Management leader for on-site deployments across the United States and international locations. You will lead the field team, manage permitting, scheduling, safety compliance, and ensure the autonomous haulage system integrates with the mine's production cycle.

The role requires 15+ years mining experience, 5–10 years in leadership, a Mining Engineering degree, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of mining experience in a mine site environment.
• 5–10 years in a leadership role (e.g., Site Superintendent or Fleet Manager).
• Experience with autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to agreed performance metrics and ensure seamless integration of autonomous systems into the mine’s production cycle.
• Lead the local field team, overseeing permitting, scheduling, safety compliance, and overall work performance.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure resource commitments, machine availability, and site readiness.
