Job summary

Pronto AI is seeking a field-based Project Delivery & Management leader to deploy autonomous haulage solutions across U.S. mining sites.

This on-site role requires extensive mining experience and a proven track record in leading teams, coordinating permits, scheduling, safety, and performance. You will serve as the primary interface between the customer site and Pronto HQ, drive process integration, and lead training and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Mining Expertise: 15+ years in a mine site environment.
• Leadership Tenure: 5–10 years in a leadership role.
• Tech Rollout Experience: Experience with autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems.
• Education: University Degree in Mining Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to defined performance metrics and ensure integration into the mine's production cycle.
• Lead local field team including permitting, scheduling, safety, and performance oversight.
• Act as primary point of contact between customer site and Pronto HQ, providing progress updates and resolving blockers.
• Set up or modify customer processes to support autonomous haulage.
• Lead customer training and formal handover of Pronto technology to mine operations.
