Job summary

Pronto AI seeks an seasoned Project Delivery & Management leader to drive on-site autonomous haulage deployments. You will manage a local field team, coordinate permitting and safety, and serve as the primary liaison to Pronto HQ, ensuring milestones are met and operations run smoothly.

You will oversee process integration, training, and handover, guiding customers through adoption of autonomous technology and achieving project success across challenging mining environments.

Qualifications

• Mining expertise: 15+ years in a mine site environment.
• Leadership tenure: 5–10 years in a senior site role.
• Tech rollout experience: proven involvement in autonomy, remote operations, telematics or machine control deployments.
• Education: University Degree in Mining Engineering preferred.
• Location: based in AZ, CA, TX or WY.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to performance metrics and ensure integration into mine production.
• Lead the local field team, coordinating permitting, scheduling, safety, and performance.
• Serve as primary liaison between customer site and Pronto HQ, with regular progress reports.
• Set up or adapt customer processes to support autonomous haulage.
• Oversee handover and customer training on Pronto technology.
