Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead our mine-wide training programs, ensuring workforce competency and regulatory compliance across underground, surface, and maintenance areas. You will develop, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and refresher training, manage schedules and records, and drive continuous improvement in training quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in underground mining with leadership in technical roles.
• Proven ability to train, schedule, and facilitate.
• Strong time management in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Promote safety and lead by example.
• MSHA, State, and ATF regs knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, mentor, and coach trainees.
• Lead training plan execution to improve performance.
• Engage stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop training courses and delivery methods.
• Audit courses and implement competency-based training.
• Maintain training records and document control.
• Plan Annual Refresher Training for all staff.
• Ensure compliance with IMS and local regulations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to improve training systems.
• Schedule observations and verify competency.
