Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines seeks a Training Supervisor for the NGM Underground Training Mine to supervise, mentor, and coach trainees while executing the training plan to deliver safe, efficient gold production.

The successful candidate will engage with multiple stakeholders, develop training courses, and drive competency-based training across all NGM properties, ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and strong safety performance.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in underground mining with leadership.
• Experience in training, scheduling and facilitation.
• Strong ability to promote and motivate safety behaviors.
• Proven ability to analyze data and present ideas clearly.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, mentoring and coaching of trainees.
• Lead training plan execution to deliver safe, efficient production.
• Develop training courses and determine instructional methods.
• Audit training programs for continuous improvement.
• Implement Competency Based Training across NGM properties.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Maintain training records and document control.
