Responsibilities include planning work, coordinating multiple crafts, and ensuring safety compliance and schedule adherence across projects. The role offers leadership in field operations and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in similar facility/construction environment.
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling cost control.
• Ability to supervise large groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; good computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise work activities, determine construction methods, safety procedures, and man-hour requirements.
• Oversee precision of rotating and static equipment.
• Coordinate work with different crafts, departments and contractors.
• Maintain liaison with safety, engineering, estimating and planning to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and schedules.
• Resolve construction problems and safety issues as required.
• Conduct field safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
