CR Meyer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy industrial/millwright construction projects in the United States. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution from bidding through post-construction, ensuring safety and quality per CR Meyer standards.

You will collaborate with customers and the Design/Build team, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and drive on-site safety and compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in estimating and managing heavy industrial construction projects.
• Experience in pulp/paper industry and/or large-scale manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering; combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Estimate and collaborate with the team on heavy industrial/millwright construction projects.
• Prepare bids using approved design specifications and follow up on proposals.
• Establish budgets, timelines and project goals for construction execution.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with CR Meyer guidelines on site.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors and vendors; manage labor hours and invoicing.
• Provide regular progress updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC standards are implemented and adhered to.
