Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with millwright training or apprenticeship.
4+ years of millwright experience or equivalent combination of training and work.
Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
Experience in welding (arc, acetylene, hydrogen) and precision measurements.
Capable of lifting and moving heavy machinery and using hoists or cranes.
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and dismantle machinery and equipment as required.
Locate, transport, and position equipment per floor plans using hoists and cranes.
Read and follow instruction books and blueprints for proper assembly.
Inspect and adjust parts; perform preventive maintenance as needed.
Work with electronics, pneumatics, and basic computer systems where applicable.
