Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a skilled Millwright/Industrial Mechanic to maintain and repair plant equipment. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, presses, cranes, and robots.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance, experience with PLCs, robotics, welding, and safe lockout/tagout practices. This is a full-time, multi-shift role offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in manufacturing electrical maintenance or as a millwright.
Strong mechanical aptitude for safe operation of equipment.
Welding and fabrication skills.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and panel building.
Knowledge of lockout/tagout and arc flash safety.
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Dismantles, installs, troubleshoots, and maintains electrical and mechanical controls.
Installs motors, drivers, starters, and IO circuits.
Reads blueprints and schematics to determine procedures.
Welds and fabricates; assembles equipment to foundations.
Performs preventive maintenance and documents logs.
Maintains tools and safety equipment.
