100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing facility in Ohio.

The role requires independent problem solving and collaboration with the maintenance team on complex repairs. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, reading schematics, troubleshooting PLC controlled equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and keeping accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED; technical training or an associate’s degree preferred.
Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment, electrical systems, motors, sensors, and controls.
Reading schematics and using diagnostic tools.
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting; PLC programming is a plus.
Welding experience is beneficial.
Basic computer skills and safety practice knowledge.

Responsibilities

Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
Troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment and use PLC diagnostics to help identify faults.
Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
