Zachry Group is seeking a Millwright Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of industrial machinery across heavy equipment, turbines and conveyors. You will plan scope of work, inspect and document progress, and use precision tools to align components per blueprints.

The role requires leadership, strong manual dexterity and adherence to safety standards. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in industrial maintenance with journeyman millwright experience and NCCER certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial construction/maintenance and complex machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of hand/power tools and alignment devices.
• Lead and instruct others with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee installation, assembly, dismantling, maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Plan, inspect, verify and document scope of work.
• Use precision leveling and alignment tools to measure angles and distances.
• Align gears, install motors, and connect belts per drawings.
• Dismantle machines with hand tools; assemble on foundations.
• Operate lathes, grinders and perform machining as needed.
• Move equipment using cranes/hoists and rigging devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow safety rules.
