Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an Architectural Millwork Project Manager to lead commercial millwork projects from contract award to closeout. You will coordinate with general contractors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.

The role emphasizes reviewing contracts and drawings, managing schedules and budgets, overseeing fabrication and installation, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in architectural millwork, commercial cabinetry, finish carpentry, or custom woodworking.
• Thorough understanding of commercial construction practices and project sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating custom casework, architectural millwork, countertops, and finish carpentry projects.
• Familiarity with AWI standards and architectural specifications (preferred).
• Experience managing shop drawings and fabrication schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of commercial architectural millwork projects, from contract award to project closeout.
• Act as the main liaison among clients, general contractors, architects, designers, and internal teams.
• Ensure custom casework, millwork, finish carpentry, and specialty woodwork are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear project timelines.
• Coordinate material procurement and fabrication schedules.
• Review contracts and drawings, manage budgets, and maintain project documentation.
• Maintain proactive communication with all project stakeholders and support installation processes.
