Curry Cabinetry Inc. in Florida is seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager with proven architectural millwork experience to lead complex projects from planning through completion.

You will coordinate subs, fabricators, and installers, ensure AWI quality standards, manage time and costs, and document progress while maintaining a collaborative work environment under pressure. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, drive, and a clean driving record to support on-site

Qualifications

• Architectural millwork experience required (construction-focused).
• 5 years of millwork/construction experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to handle high-stress environments.
• Thorough knowledge of AWI standards and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and scheduling oversight for self and subs.
• Resource allocation and cost management.
• Provide technical direction to installers and fabricators.
• Ensure compliance with AWI quality standards.
• Monitor progress, hold regular status meetings with sub-teams.
• Inspect construction sites and ensure documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and General Contractor/Owner reps.
• Maintain a clean driving record and lead on-site activities.

Commercial High-End Architectural Millwork Firm Seeks an experienced Millwork Project Manager. Applicants must have proven experience in architectural millwork as this position requires complete and thorough technical knowledge of the construction process as it pertains to our line of work. The suitable applicant must be skilled in organization, implementation, and AWI standards.

The individual is responsible for the following:

• Overall project planning and scheduling
• Resource allocation
• Providing technical direction to our installers and fabricators
• Ensuring compliance with AWI quality standards

The job duties cover all the areas of project management, including but not limited to:

• Project Planning and effective time management of self and our subs
• Cost Management
• Time Management and Coordination with our subcontract installers/vendors and General Contractor/Owner reps
• Quality Management
• Change Order creation and follow-through
• Monitoring the progress of the activities on a regular basis and holding regular status meetings with all the sub-teams
• Inspecting the construction sites
• Ensuring completion of project documentation
• Able to work well with coworkers, subcontractors and customer representatives especially under stressful situations
• Must have a clean driving record
