Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural millwork industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and millwork fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures to prevent overruns.
• Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and on-site crews.
• Conduct regular construction site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain project quality standards.
• Monitor performance against KPIs including on-time completion and client satisfaction.
