Goebel Fixture Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee architectural millwork and fixture installation projects from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Associate degree in construction-related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years PM in construction, commercial interiors, architectural millwork, or related areas.
• Experience with fabrication, manufacturing, and field installation.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP or project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple projects through all phases from pre-construction to closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, general contractors, production team, drafters, designers, and installation teams.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contract requirements.
• Monitor scope, risks, change orders, schedule impacts, and budget adjustments.
• Lead project huddles and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate project execution across estimating, engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and installation.
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
