Coleman Worldwide Moving in Norfolk is seeking a General Manager to oversee office operations, ensuring profits, regulatory compliance, and smooth workflows for drivers, packers and helpers. You’ll set direction, train staff, and actively manage customer experience while upholding company standards.

You will review financial statements, assign tasks, advertise moves, authorize payments, and lead hiring and performance evaluations. Strong leadership and logistics experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have previous managerial experience.
• Experience in logistics and transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee office operations to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Direct drivers, packers, and helpers; train staff for customer satisfaction.
• Review financial statements and identify improvement opportunities.
