Job summary

Unissant, Inc. seeks a Senior Manpower/Functional Subject Matter Expert with military manpower experience to support our Alexandria, VA client.

You will collaborate with senior government stakeholders to define manpower requirements within the FMTS framework and drive functional changes that align with policy and enterprise objectives. Ideal candidates bring at least ten years in military manpower, strong Excel and Office skills, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience with military manpower management and DoD structures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ability to compare data across systems.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include CS/IT/IS/Operations Management.
• Active Secret clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Define manpower requirements with senior government clients for the authoritative tracking system.
• Answer questions on manpower processes and FMTS application support.
• Prioritize functional changes and assess impact on performance, cost and user value.
• Prepare ROMs/LOEs for government decisions and coordinate with developers.
