Job summary

First Resources Corp. seeks an experienced instructor/course developer to lead Field and Sustainment logistics training for Army supply and maintenance operations. The role covers LIS, maintenance management, and readiness reporting, with emphasis on hands-on instruction and real-world exercises.

You will develop curricula, identify training requirements, and deliver assessments and reports to senior leaders. Five years’ experience in Army logistics is required; DoD CAC eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of Army sustainment and maintenance experience.
• Ability to communicate directly with senior Army leaders, including General Officer.
• Proficient in Logistics Information Systems and readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training curricula for logistics personnel.
• Prepare briefings, point papers, and reports for commanders.
• Assess logistics programs, perform analyses, and provide recommendations.
