First Resources Corp. is seeking an experienced logistics subject matter expert to serve as an instructor and course developer for Army sustainment and maintenance disciplines.

The role focuses on developing, delivering and evaluating training and assessment programs aligned with Army policies and manuals. Candidates must communicate with senior Army leaders and demonstrate hands-on logistics training development and evaluation.

Qualificações

• Must have five years' experience in management of tasks involving the sustainment and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment.
• Ability to communicate directly to, and through correspondence, with senior Army leaders including General Officer.
• Experience in analysis of command logistics programs to include shortcomings and corrective recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a logistics assessment, review, and analysis program compliant with policies of supported Commanders.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, point papers, reports, fact sheets, and responses as required.
• Provide reporting on logistics assessments, reviews, and analyses for the Commanders.
• Draft training curricula for G4 approval emphasizing hands-on instruction for Soldiers.
