Job summary

ValCorp in Washington state seeks an experienced logistics instructor/course developer to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Army logistics, including maintenance management, LIS, readiness reporting, and a broad range of combat support disciplines.

You will collaborate with G4 COMET Manager to build compliant training programs, prepare briefings, and deliver hands-on instruction to soldiers, emphasizing practical outcomes and system proficiency (GCSS-ARMY, DST, SASMOD, TC-AIMS, SABRE, and MS

Qualifications

Five years of sustainment and maintenance experience for Army supplies and equipment.
Ability to communicate directly to senior Army leaders, including Generals, via correspondence.
Experience in analyzing command logistics programs and presenting findings.
Proficiency with the Army Logistics publications and policies.

Responsibilities

Develop a logistics assessment, review, and analysis program aligned with governing directives.
Prepare briefings, point papers, reports, and fact sheets for Commanders.
Draft training curricula for G4 approval emphasizing hands-on instruction.
Coordinate training aids, devices, simulations, and simulators (TADSS).
Provide cyclic QA and feedback to FORSCOM and higher commands.
