Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and implementation of forums, workshops, seminars, roundtables, data exchanges, symposiums, and conferences.
• Coordinate all aspects of events per customer specifications including selecting and negotiating locations/sites.
• Coordinate with and schedule event participants.
• Promote speaking and attendance opportunities and schedule access for key participants.
• Develop event information papers, handouts, materials, advertising, and after-event summaries.
• Identify key speakers/panelists with DoD oversight/input.
• Draft, coordinate, and send invitations; track RSVPs; advocate for alternates.
• Write after-event reports to summarize proceedings and outcomes.
• Manage logistical arrangements for conferences including reimbursements, invoices, and post-event reports.
